Intelenex Expands Customer Service Offering with Multi-Channel Support Solution
Intelenex is pleased to announce the release of their new multi-channel service and support solution which integrates with the Oracle CRM OnDemand platform and extends its capabilities.  The recently launched, InteleService, seamlessly integrates a customizable, customer-facing service portal with multi-based knowledge, collaboration and communication centers into the Oracle CRM OnDemand product line.

Dan Dougherty joins the Intelenex management team as the new Director of ERP Sales
Dan has over 15 years experience in Technology Sales, Management, and Consulting Services. He has held Senior ERP sales roles at Oracle Corporation and USi's Hosting & Application Services business unit where he was responsible for sales of Oracle and PeopleSoft implementation and support services throughout the United States. Previously Dan was Managing Partner of Zin Consulting, a Sonoma County consulting company, developing market strategies for start up stage companies like Onyx and Saba Software, to award winning global leaders such as Oracle Corporation and BMC Software. Dan is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

Jeff joins Intelenex with over 20 years experience in technology including the areas of software development, IT Management, CRM, ERP, Sales and Consulting across the high tech, manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, public sector, financial services and other industries. Jeff served Oracle/Siebel for nearly 10 years in various positions relating to database technology, On Premise CRM and On Demand CRM. Most recently, Jeff was Senior Director of SaaS at Serene Corp

Oracle invites Intelenex Managing Partner, Dave Krauthamer, to serve on Strategy Council
Intelenex Managing Partner, Dave Krauthamer has been asked to serve on Oracle’s Application Integration Partner Strategy Council. Oracle’s Partner Strategy Council was formed in November 2007. Council members contribute to the future direction of Oracle’s partner initiatives and provide Oracle with a deeper understanding of the challenges Independent Software Vendors and Systems Integrators face while gaining unique insight into Oracle’s go-to-market strategy. This in turn helps ensure that partner products are aligned with Oracle product directions, while giving each partner’s customers assurance that their needs are being represented. Intelenex Launches CRM Advanced Analytics Blog
Intelenex Principal CRM Consultant, Mike Lairson, author of “Oracle CRM On Demand Reporting” has begun writing an advanced analytics blog which will provide assistance to developers of business reports in Oracle CRM On Demand.

Subscribers who want to take complete advantage of the superior reporting capabilities of CRM On Demand will receive a regular tip, trick, or trap to help navigate the challenges of advanced reporting in Oracle CRM On Demand. Covering topics ranging from dashboard basics to formatting, sorting and filtering report data to forecasting and managing reports, this blog will help administrators, report developers, super users, and any others who want to do more with CRM On Demand Reporting.

Mr. Lairson is an expert on the Oracle On Demand report-building process having developed certification exams and study materials for the Siebel/Oracle CRM On Demand product. He also helped develop and regularly leads Advanced Analytics Seminars for Intelenex, Inc.

Intelenex is pleased to announce the addition of Mike Lairson to the Intelenex team. Mike is the Author of “Oracle CRM on Demand Reporting”, and is an expert on the Oracle CRM On Demand report-building process. Before joining Intelenex, Mike was a Principal Consultant and Exam Developer at Siebel Systems (now Oracle), where he developed the certification exams and study materials for the Siebel CRM On Demand product. He also helped develop and regularly delivered the Advanced Analytics Workshop. Mike has degrees from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte including a BA in English with a concentration in technical writing, as well as a M.Ed. in Instructional Systems Technology with a concentration in Education Measurement and Statistics.
