He has developed managed services and entitlement programs for several companies in the Manufacturing and Telecommunications
industries. Greg came from Force10 Networks where he built a $40 Million service entitlement program. Greg graduated Summa
Cum Laude from George Mason University with a B.A. in English.
Rich Griffiths - Practice Manager – PLM and Supply Chain Management
Rich has a diverse background with 15+ years in engineering services, electromechanical product development, software
development, manufacturing, IT support and IT management spanning industries from nuclear energy to contract manufacturing
to high-tech to clean-tech. Whether on the business or IT side, Rich has been instrumental in developing and implementing
key business processes and their supporting systems at Fortune 100 Corporations like GE and Cisco as well as Silicon Valley
startups such as Echelon and Solyndra. This background allows Rich to bring a ‘walked in your shoes’ understanding to
the client’s needs. Rich has a dual Bachelor of Science from Stanford in Biology and Mechanical Engineering, as well as a
Master’s from Stanford in Manufacturing Systems Engineering.
Chris Jackson - Senior Manager RightNow CX Practice
Senior Implementation Specialist with over 15 years experience in front office automation applications.
Chris comes to Intelenex from RightNow Technologies where Chris worked in professional services implementing
RightNow solutions for 8 years. Chris is passionate about customer experience, service automation, marketing
automation and sales automation and has experience implementing all channels of the contact center.
In addition to project management certifications, Chris holds a BA in Management Information Systems.
Todd Ledet - Senior Manager, JD Edwards
Todd has over 20 years' management, project management and financial experience. He has a strong operations and financial
background ranging from financial statements, purchasing, inventory management, competitive analysis, product development,
sales forecasting, project management, budgeting, ERP selection and implementation, infrastructure management, reporting,
Todd’s specialties include ERP, JD Edwards, Oracle CRM on Demand, executive management, finance, Oracle financials, payables,
and payroll processing. Prior to working for Intelenex, Mr. Ledet was Practice Manager for CRM & PMO Manager for AMX International.
Todd has a BA in Business, Accounting and holds an MBA in Technical Management.
François Lemieux - HCM Practice Lead
François is a well established ERP solutions professional with over twenty years of experience in all phases of systems
implementation from project management to deployment and support. He also relies on over seventeen years of experience with ERP
application solutions such as JDE Enterprise One Human Capital Management (HCM), specifically with the Payroll and Benefits Modules,
Self Services and SaaS Implementations (Workday).
Francois has had the opportunity to work with leaders in diverse fields, private and public, such as energy, manufacturing, forestry,
transportation and telecommunications industries. Prior to Intelenex, François held a project manager and HCM analyst positions at
Oracle and is the owner and general manager of Lemieux Info-Solutions (based in Montreal). He graduated from Maisonneuve College in
Montreal as a computer analyst and attended the Superior Technology School in Robotic Engineering.
